What's covered: vacuuming, mopping, dusting, glass and surface sanitization, washroom servicing (mirrors, fixtures, supplies restock), kitchen sanitization, trash and recycling, light tidying.

    We meet at your space — usually a 20-minute look-around so we can scope frequency, surfaces, special areas, and access. No charge.

    Written quote.

    A written quote within 24 hours, plus a proposed cleaning schedule (nightly, weekly, etc.). You approve it before we start.

    We clean.

    Vetted, licensed, insured crew arrives on the agreed schedule. Eco-friendly products, our own equipment, our own supplies.

How much does commercial cleaning cost in Winnipeg?

When do you clean — during business hours or after?

Whichever your business needs. Most office accounts are after-hours (5 PM – 11 PM typically). Most retail accounts are early morning or late evening. Some clinics and gyms want us in during a quiet window. We schedule around your operating hours, not ours.

Are your products safe for staff with allergies or scent sensitivities?

Yes. Our standard product line is non-toxic and eco-friendly with no harsh fragrances. If your team includes someone with a specific sensitivity, tell us during the walk-through — we'll adjust before the first visit.

Can you send a Certificate of Insurance to my landlord or strata?

Yes — fully licensed, bonded, and insured. We'll send a Certificate of Insurance directly to your landlord, strata council, or property management company on request. Most of our commercial accounts need one for building access; we keep ours current and ready.

Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?

Yes — all products, vacuums, mops, cloths, ladders, equipment. We carry consumable washroom supplies (toilet paper, hand soap, paper towel) only if you ask us to source them; otherwise we work with whatever your facility already stocks.

Can we use you for one-time deep cleans only?

Yes. We do one-time deep cleans before grand openings, after construction, between tenants, before quarterly inspections, after office moves. About a quarter of our commercial work is one-off projects.

Can I switch frequency or pause service?

Anytime. Email or text us a week ahead. We'll change the schedule, scale up before a busy season, or pause without penalty. No long-term contracts required.
