Open-plan offices, private offices, boardrooms, kitchens, washrooms, lobbies, common areas. Daily, nightly, weekly, or bi-weekly — whichever cadence keeps your space presentation-ready.
What's covered: vacuuming, mopping, dusting, glass and surface sanitization, washroom servicing (mirrors, fixtures, supplies restock), kitchen sanitization, trash and recycling, light tidying.
Customer-facing spaces have to look good when the doors open. We work before opening or after closing so customers never see a cart of supplies. Front-of-house, fitting rooms, washrooms, glass, point-of-sale areas, stockroom basics.
Gyms, showrooms, studios, clinics, salons — places where sanitation isn't optional. We carry the right products for high-touch and high-traffic surfaces, with the same non-toxic chemistry and stronger application protocols where needed.
We're a small, licensed and fully insured Winnipeg crew based out of 273 Tache Ave, run by Elroy Smith. Two to five people on rotation. No franchise model, no contractors, no surprise faces. If a key needs to be entrusted, the same crew holds it.
The non-toxic chemistry exists because our clients employ people with asthma, allergies, scent sensitivities, and toddlers in tow. The products are gentle enough that staff can be in the building during the clean. They're strong enough to actually disinfect.

It depends on your space, surfaces, and frequency. A 1,500 sq ft retail storefront cleaned twice a week is not the same job as a 12,000 sq ft office cleaned nightly. We don't quote a flat hourly rate because it penalizes efficient crews. Book a free 20-minute walk-through. You'll have a written quote within 24 hours.
Whichever your business needs. Most office accounts are after-hours (5 PM – 11 PM typically). Most retail accounts are early morning or late evening. Some clinics and gyms want us in during a quiet window. We schedule around your operating hours, not ours.
Yes. Our standard product line is non-toxic and eco-friendly with no harsh fragrances. If your team includes someone with a specific sensitivity, tell us during the walk-through — we'll adjust before the first visit.
Yes — fully licensed, bonded, and insured. We'll send a Certificate of Insurance directly to your landlord, strata council, or property management company on request. Most of our commercial accounts need one for building access; we keep ours current and ready.
Yes — all products, vacuums, mops, cloths, ladders, equipment. We carry consumable washroom supplies (toilet paper, hand soap, paper towel) only if you ask us to source them; otherwise we work with whatever your facility already stocks.
Yes. We do one-time deep cleans before grand openings, after construction, between tenants, before quarterly inspections, after office moves. About a quarter of our commercial work is one-off projects.
Anytime. Email or text us a week ahead. We'll change the schedule, scale up before a busy season, or pause without penalty. No long-term contracts required.
